The Eastern Caribbean Home Mortgage Bank (ECHMB) is a secondary mortgage institution. It is the pioneer secondary mortgage institution in the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union. One of its main functions is to buy and sell mortgages.
Secondary mortgage business is effectively a wholesale business and actively seeks to employ highly skilled, motivated and dedicated individuals in various disciplines including economics, research, accounting, finance, banking, information technology, and administrative services from the member territories that we serve.

Recruitment
As part of the recruitment package, a staff member recruited from outside of St. Kitts is paid a settlement grant. A stated amount is also provided for spouse and dependent children where applicable. Economy class airfare by the most direct route is provided for the staff member, spouse and dependent children.
Pension
Members of staff on the permanent establishment of the ECHMB under the age of sixty years are eligible to participate in the ECHMB’s Defined Contribution Pension scheme.
