 Can an individual invest in the equity of the ECHMB?
Article 2, of the Eastern Caribbean Home Mortgage Bank (ECHMB) Agreement provides that only qualified financial institutions can constitute the various classes of shareholders of the ECHMB.
Can an individual invest in the Bonds of the ECHMB?
The Bank has issued seventeen (17) Bonds as at February 28, 2008; the various issues have been subscribed by both corporate and individuals investors.
Is the ECHMB listed on the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange?
To date, the Bank is not quoted on the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange.
Does the ECHMB have a credit rating?
ECHMB has been rated by CariCris during its 2007/08 financial year. The Bank has been assigned a rating of “CariAA” (Foreign Currency Rating) and “CariAA” (Local Currency Rating).
